Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HVAC maintenance or service role is required.
  • A solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components is required.
  • The ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation is required.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability is required.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites are required.
Responsibilities
  • Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep commercial and industrial HVAC systems operating efficiently and extend equipment life.
  • Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.
  • Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
  • Keep clients and team members informed about service findings and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.
  • Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.
Desired Qualifications
  • HVAC technical training or certification.
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification.
  • NATE certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.
