Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted finance business partner to executive stakeholders
  • Deliver actionable financial insights and analyses to identify key areas of opportunity
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy
  • Drive performance improvements in go-to-market teams
  • Identify and drive improvements to staffing model, compensation plans, policy designs, and procedures
  • Build and maintain operational models to inform strategic direction and investment prioritization
  • Prepare analysis and materials for fundraising, executive leaders, and board members
  • Deliver accurate and consistent reporting on key acquisition metrics and business drivers
