About the role
Inn-Flow isseekinga motivated and coachableBusiness Development Representative(BDR)to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role isa great opportunityfor recent graduates or professionals looking to break into SaaS sales and develop foundational skills in a high-growth industry.
As anBDR,you’llbe the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads for our Account Executives.You’llbuild valuable experience insalesstrategy, product knowledge, and customer outreach while helping hotel management organizations discover how Inn-Flow can streamline operations and drive performance.
This role is hybrid and based in-office Tuesday and Thursday in our downtown Raleigh office.

What you'll do
- Create a great first impression with prospective Inn-Flow customers through professional, engaging, and solution-oriented communication
- Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social, etc.) to generate qualified leads
- Identifyprospects’ business needs and pain points through discovery conversations
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives with qualified leads
- Meet key performance metrics including:
- 75 phone calls daily, plus consistent email and LinkedIn outreach
- 10 completed meetings per month
- Stay current on industry trends, business news, and Inn-Flow’s evolving product suite
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support the fullsalescycle and gain real-world experience in SaaSsales
- Maintainaccuratelead and activity data in HubSpot to ensure clear communication and forecasting
- Launch yoursalescareer with structured onboarding and hands-on mentorship from experiencedsalesleaders

- Contribute to a team-oriented, fast-paced, and supportivesalesenvironment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
- A positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within a collaborative team
- Strong communicationskills-both written and verbal
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Curiosity and a genuine desire to help customers
- No priorsalesexperience required, just a strong work ethic, coachability, and a genuine desire to learn
What Makes You Stand Out
- Prior experience insales, business development, or a customer-facing role, witha track recordof hitting targets
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM tools
- Interest in hospitality or SaaS industries
- Demonstrated leadership, extracurricular involvement, or internship experience
