  • Proven track record driving sales from <$1M to >$10M+ in ARR or similar
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with extensive experience in sales management and business development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with oncology & biomarkers is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition through innovative approaches.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and providing guidance to achieve sales goals.
  • Implement best practices for sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to align commercial efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Champion a culture of teamwork and collaboration across the organization.
  • Build a system to monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and financial targets to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
