Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of management responsibility
  • Strong technical expertise in analytics methodologies and tools (such as Tableau) including predictive modeling, big data technologies, mobile app analytics and data visualization
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience in the telematics or related industry is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Use independent judgment and discretion to develop and execute the company’s analytics strategy related to customer programs
  • Lead and grow a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Drive the development of analytical tools and processes to improve data quality, analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into product development, marketing strategies, and customer solutions
  • Identify and build customer-facing analytics product offering
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a clear and actionable manner
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and telematics, ensuring CMT remains a market leader
  • Complete any additional tasks as they arise
