Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience developing and leading media strategies with proven impact on Brand and business outcomes
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription brands preferred
  • Experience with global programs preferred
  • Comfort and experience planning and optimizing media channel investment and strategy
  • Demonstrated success using data to inform plans and optimize in-flight
  • Fluency with both brand and DR measurement metrics and analytical approaches
  • Collaborative approach with experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity

  • Proven success leading and developing a high performing team

Responsibilities
  • Lead media plan development and execution across all digital efforts
  • Ensure media plans are customized to Business Units’ differing needs
  • Partner with Brand Investment and Direct Response teams
  • Continually optimize media plans to maximize impact
  • Strengthen relationships with advertising partners
  • Support international expansion goals
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Technology teams
  • Oversee and improve processes across the in-house team
  • Define and socialize the team’s offering internally
