Requirements
  • Strong experience in at least one software language, ideally Python but others are acceptable.
  • Experience implementing Application Security tooling such as static analysis (SAST), dynamic analysis (DAST), software component analysis tools (SCA), and/or web application firewalls (WAF).
  • Ability to perform secure code reviews and white box application penetration tests to find complicated business logic flaws.
  • Knowledge of software, cloud infrastructure, and containerized systems hardening standards.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and concepts to embed security into DevOps pipelines (DevSecOps).
  • Experience with AWS and essentials services such as IAM, CloudTrail, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Config and GuardDuty.
  • Has managed their work using Agile methodologies including sprints and story estimation.
  • Has a passion for excellence and growth – challenges the current state with opinions grounded in principles and experience, not just best practices.
  • Able to take-on challenges and propose solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, RESTful APIs and experience securing service-oriented, asynchronous, and distributed application architectures.
Responsibilities
  • Build and own a distributed systems architecture used to scan code (SAST) and applications (DAST).
  • Understand and work towards a balanced approach for enabling Developers to reliably identify and fix security flaws while they actively Develop.
  • Communicate software vulnerabilities and mitigation options to stakeholders that balance.
  • Partner with Developer teams to meet security objectives through training and integrating vendors.
  • Establish policies & standards to guide Developers to meet security requirements.

Axsome Therapeutics Enters $570 Million Term Loan and Revolving Credit Facility with Blackstone

Axsome Therapeutics (NASDAQ: AXSM) has secured a $570 million term loan and revolving credit facility with Blackstone, replacing its previous Hercules Capital term loan. The facility consists of a $500 million term loan and a $70 million revolving credit facility. The company initially drew $120 million to retire its previous loan.The new facility offers improved terms, including interest rates of SOFR plus 4.75% for the term loan and SOFR plus 4.0% for the revolving credit facility, with a 60-month interest-only period and maturity in May 2030. Additionally, Blackstone purchased $15 million of Axsome common stock at $107.14 per share. The company can access an additional $250 million at its option, with another $200 million available subject to Blackstone's approval.
