Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field is required
  • 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite Certified Administrator experience with NetSuite Supply Chain Modules, Advanced Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Supply and Demand planning, and Advanced Inventory Management
  • 4+ years of direct experience working with NetSuite technical resources
  • Extensive hands-on experience of NetSuite configuration, customization , testing and installing required Suite Bundles
  • Ability to get data from the NetSuite using saved searches, reports, configure and deploy Dashboards and KPIs containing summarized results and complex formulas
  • Extensive experience engaging business stakeholders to define requirements and assist in architecting solutions
  • SOX compliance experience in a regulated industry (Bio-Science/Pharma/Health regulated industry)
  • Strong analytical, change management, task management, verbal & written communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively with cross-functional Information Technology, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment to meet corporate and team objectives
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation , ERP Consultant, Administrator Certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience with Coupa Administration a plus
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Accounting/Finance degree with CPA
  • Project Management Certifications, e.g. PMI PMP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe
  • 5+ years project management experience
Responsibilities
  • Provide primary NetSuite Production day to day support
  • Provide Level 1 support to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve NetSuite production issues
  • Support the Finance team with the Month-End and Quarter-End close cycle
  • Coordinate with our NetSuite developer and/or the internal team on issues that cannot be initially resolved
  • Escalate issues to NetSuite Support as necessary and manage open NetSuite issues to resolution and closure
  • Deploy NetSuite dashboards, KPIs, document reporting requirements
  • Design and analyze existing saved searches and reports. Build and modify saved searches and reports for export to internal systems supporting management review and audit readiness
  • Deploy custom fields, records and objects, and perform CSV imports/exports as needed
  • Perform user permission and role analysis, and assist the Finance department in appropriate segregation of duties by configuring appropriate NetSuite roles and permissions
  • Deploy NetSuite scripts and workflows to NetSuite Production, update and deploy NetSuites modules in a SOX compliant manner
  • Analyze Fastpath reports and resolve issues to assist with SOX compliance for the Finance department
  • Support the improvement and extension of NetSuite system capability through configuration and administration of the platform
  • Engage with key stakeholders in GRAIL's Supply Chain, Finance, Lab Operations, and SW Engineering teams to understand business needs and requirements for GRAIL's NetSuite Platform
  • Configure, implement and validate the solutions on the NetSuite platform and assist engineers to deliver solutions for Warehouse Management, Supply and Demand, Inventory Management, Finance, BI Tools using NetSuite best practices
  • Manage the continual evolution of GRAIL's NetSuite platform in production with evolving needs by delivering small and medium sized system enhancements
  • Partner with the business teams to deliver reports in NetSuite or connected analytics platforms like Tableau
  • Support the integration strategy for GRAIL's NetSuite platform with other applications and add-ons
  • Maintain system compliance, SOX and audit controls across all financial transactional systems
  • Work synergistically with other IT leaders responsible for areas including infrastructure and help desk support to ensure a high level of delivery to GRAIL's RTP and MPK labs in support of their critical functions
  • Align with others in IT to support the overall execution and delivery of the IT organization toward its defined objectives and key results (ORKs)
