- U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in construction, environmental, or technical project support is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Willingness and ability to travel for field and international assignments for five to seven days or more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Familiarity with computer-aided design software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of MicroStation and ArcGIS is a plus.
- Strong writing, communication, and time-management skills are required.
- Coordinate material take-offs, inventory tracking, shipments, and subcontractor/vendor procurement.
- Support field activities, including site surveys, construction observation, and quality control.
- Develop engineering-related reports, data tables, and project documentation.
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, requests for proposals, and change-order logs.
- Support computer-aided design teams and management with technical data for design and specifications.
- Create and maintain submittal logs, requests for information, purchasing schedules, and project updates.
- Participate in report writing and the development of technical proposals.
- Conduct quality-control checks and maintain organized project records, including photos, notes, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
- A degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of MicroStation and ArcGIS.
- Engineer-in-Training certification and/or active participation in professional organizations.
