Corporate Paralegal
The Role
We are seeking to hire an exceptional individual to support our legal team as a Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail. You will work directly with the Head of Legal, EMEA as well as the global legal team, and should be capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a great opportunity to work alongside and learn from our talented team of lawyers and other staff.
What you’ll do
- Review various complex contracts and agreements, including dealing with counterparties, execution brokers and vendors
- Assist with file management and project tracking
- Organize Legal and KYC folders/documents
- Handle entity formation and ongoing corporate maintenance in various jurisdictions across EMEA, including board minutes and filing requirements
- Assist with FCA regulatory matters
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks with a strong sense of urgency
- Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
