  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science and or an equivalent combination of work experience
  • 5+ years of NetSuite Administrative and Development experience
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification
  • SaaS and or healthcare IT experience a plus
  • SmartSheets admin experience a plus
  • Integration experience with other CRM platforms such as ServiceNow a plus
  • Software or SQL programming experience and/or the ability to create and maintain NetSuite SuiteScripts
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with strong time management and troubleshooting skills
  • Positive, professional, and friendly attitude, and demonstrated experience as a self-motivated member of a work team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with other team members to meet required timelines

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly understand NetSuite system architecture, roles and permissions, workflows, functionality, processes, and customization
  • Possess strong business acumen with a full functional understanding of core accounting, SuiteBilling, SuiteProjects, inventory, orders to cash, and procure to pay
  • Understand complex and highly customized business processes and how individual scripts/workflows interact with records and transactions
  • Identify and implement creative problem-solving and process improvement strategies
  • Support, troubleshoot, and investigate issues related to NetSuite and various integrated applications, providing support for end-user issues as they arise
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and escalate requests to provide the largest impact across the business
  • Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc
  • Support requests for new/update/termination of users/roles, partners and associated accounts/roles, workflow design, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Support NetSuite integration project efforts and act as the liaison with NetSuite Support
  • Support end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Monitor daily system scripts and track performance
  • Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including new releases, customizations, and integrations
  • Participate in ongoing system training and lead internal training and regular information-sharing activities
  • Responsible for NetSuite data management, which includes governance and control, security, and integrity
  • Be customer service-oriented, supporting internal users
