Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 years or multi-unit leadership and/or leading leaders or 5 years of experience leading large teams
Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and strategic planning for servicing teams with respect to collection and service goals.
  • Communicates and drives monthly department performance objectives utilizing all servicing channels and company resources in a continually changing environment.
  • Train and develop leaders and individual career paths to achieve their goals and the company’s goals and advance through a career path.
  • Develop and enhance customer relationships by establishing, promoting, and maintaining processes and standards that drive excellent customer service.
  • Ensures all initiatives are implemented effectively within the department and in a way that elicits buy-in from direct and indirect reports, maximizes impact, and contributes to meeting or exceeding company goals.
  • Encourage new ideas throughout the operations center and actively support, identify, define, communicate, and implement best practices through training and development.
  • Motivate and Inspire team members through development and execution of recognition programs, engagement activities and bidirectional communication paths.
  • Monitors and measures the performance of Collection Managers and their team members to ensure it is within Company, State and Federal guidelines. This includes using tools such as analytics dashboards, formal account reviews and call monitoring in order to create departmental and individual development plans to address any deficiencies.
  • Work side-by-side with management and individual contributors to observe work processes and practices, provide informal and formal constructive feedback, training and development to ensure effective follow through on improvement plans.
  • Create and maintain partnerships with key leadership, representatives and staff within Bridgecrest, Drive Time Corporate, Drive Time Retail, Carvana Retail, SilverRock and Third-Party Client Companies.
