  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of product development processes
  • Passion for understanding our client’s needs and translating them into actionable product features
  • Experience with user research, UX/UI design principles, and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to understand and empathize with clients’ concerns and challenges
Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Filmhub’s goals
  • Define product roadmaps that address user needs and market opportunities
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features and enhancements that improve the user experience and drive platform growth
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Advocate for the needs of filmmakers and distributors, ensuring that their feedback and insights shape product decisions
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform product development
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to assess the impact of product changes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including leadership, customers, and partners
