Responsibilities

  • Lead business impact analyses to determine critical business functions and prioritize recovery strategies
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure the business continuity plans align with local regulations and business needs
  • Facilitate training and drills for emergency response teams and business continuity coordinators across different regions
  • Regularly review and ensure business continuity plans reflect the changing risk landscape and business processes
  • Provide expert guidance and support during actual emergencies and business disruptions
  • Provide guidance and leadership in development in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery software and tools
  • Prepare metrics, reports and presentations for senior management detailing readiness and response strategies
  • Work collaboratively with IT departments to ensure alignment of IT disaster recovery plans with business continuity plans
