Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a B.S in Human Resources or related degree
  • At least one previous HR, Recruiting, or Admin related internship experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be well organized, have high attention to detail, and able to prioritize and complete responsibilities in a timely fashion
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment process including: refreshing job postings, maintaining ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Arrange virtual and onsite interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Manage and greet onsite candidates by being the point of contact during their visits
  • Maintain a deep level of confidentiality to coordinate a high-volume of interview panels for candidates
  • Collaborate with recruiting team on University Relations projects and event planning
  • Provide support to the HR Generalist in the administration of our new hire onboarding process (background checks, form distribution and collection, updating of HR systems, etc.)
  • Maintains and consistently updates physical employee files
  • Consistently maintain current employee data in ADP and communicate employment changes to the relevant teams
  • Collects proper I-9 documentation for new hires and provides documentation to HR Generalist in a timely manner
  • Assists with various HR projects as needed
