Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001/14001, and regulatory/legal requirements
• Manage Internal and 3rd party ISO Audits (cradle to grave)
• Manage internal deviation system for all temporary deviations to product specifications
• Coordinate system with Management leaders from each business unit/department
• Work with a team of Quality Systems Coordinators, Auditors, and technicians
• Conduct periodic management review meetings
• Enforce training requirements and maintain training records software
• Assist other departments in the development of new process and procedures
• Customer facing quality representative for customers that have questions regarding process or the requirement to audit our facilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems Management
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 140001
• Bachelor’s degree required but consideration may be given for extensive experience or ASQ certifications
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with people at all levels are essential
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills. Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel, Word, Access) is needed
• Can work under pressure with ability to meet required established deadlines
• Experience with CMMS/LMS/PLM software preferred
• Ability to develop “Best Practices” within the quality team
