Responsibilities
  • As a Senior People Business Partner you will be an ambassador for Tally's values throughout the organization while supporting managers directly and leading employee experience programming

  • Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention of employees
  • Works with cross-functional team members in payroll, benefits, people experience, administration, immigration, recruiting, legal, finance, information technology, etc., to develop and implement solutions to address management and employee concerns
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in in partnership with the People Team to develop timely solutions, programs, processes, and policies for the current needs of Tally
