- Deliver patient-centered care for a diverse mix of oncology, medical/surgical, and telemetry patients
- Monitor and manage patients undergoing chemotherapy and cancer treatment
- Collaborate closely with providers, case managers, pharmacists, and other team members
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and best practice initiatives
- Engage in clinical development and continuing education opportunities
- Current Oncology Nursing Society chemotherapy/biotherapy Fundamentals administration card preferred, or completion of courses within six months of hire (company supported)
- Comfort with telemetry monitoring is a plus, on the job training provided
