- Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, and repair, specifically at the component level.
- Strong knowledge of electronic principles, components, and circuitry.
- Proficient in using testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with safety standards and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on electronic assemblies, circuits, and components down to the component level.
- Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers to conduct tests.
- Identify defective components and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Work closely with the engineering team to identify and resolve design and functionality issues.
- Assist in the development of testing protocols and procedures.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
- Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE).
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes in electronics testing.
