Requirements
  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, and repair, specifically at the component level.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic principles, components, and circuitry.
  • Proficient in using testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.
Responsibilities
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on electronic assemblies, circuits, and components down to the component level.
  • Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers to conduct tests.
  • Identify defective components and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
  • Document test results and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to identify and resolve design and functionality issues.
  • Assist in the development of testing protocols and procedures.
  • Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
  • Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE).
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes in electronics testing.
