  • 3+ years experience in project management, process improvement, etc
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, etc)
  • Experience working within an agency structure, and/or partnership model
  • Experience working with Asana, Wrike, Jira, or similar project management tool
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt to a highly variable environment, change scope and focus with ease
Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing projects such as email, paid media or B2B
  • Act as an active thought partner in defining project management practices
  • Collaborate with senior management to prioritize projects
  • Take ownership of team deliverables
  • Manage daily relationships with internal clients and partners
  • Open jobs and build job folders with project info
  • Update jobs as they evolve and maintain final program archive of job info
  • Support project management of marketing initiatives by supervising timelines, results, processes and next steps
  • Think strategically about communication to negotiate project deliverables, manage expectations, educate stakeholders and resolve issues
  • Thoroughly review/understand projects/briefs and challenge areas
  • Develop and maintain weekly update reports on all projects
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Lead project kick-off meetings with internal creatives and partners
