Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales, product management, or marketing experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and build trust.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the B2B channel marketing strategy, managing the 4Ps to support channel objectives while ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Understand business unit P&L objectives to make sound go-to-market recommendations to drive top and bottom-line growth.
  • Collaborate with COE partners to coordinate key trade show and channel events and uncover new strategic opportunities.
  • Foster channel partner relationships and engagement through targeted training, sales enablement resources, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing strategies to drive full funnel marketing support.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and brand execution teams in the areas of: Growth initiatives, Program development and implementation, Commercialization planning and execution, Research including competitive insights and recommendations, Presentations and training delivery on new and existing products.
  • Provide input for brand and merchandising messaging to ensure they align with the overall channel strategy and drive the best possible customer experience within specific accounts.
  • Determine platforms to ensure sales team has modern marketing tools & techniques to enable sales.
  • Build and maintain channel expertise through field travel, attendance at industry events, competitive analysis and close collaboration with sales and business unit partners.
  • Analyze market data, trends, preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
