Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems in design, development, and manufacturing operations such as ISO 9001 / AS9100
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, including ERP, MES, and PLM
  • Experience with development and documentation of new processes
  • Proficient with data collection, transformation, and visualization
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of standard processes within design engineering, supplier control, and manufacturing operations to support Supernal’s QMS under the direction of the Quality System Manager
  • Develop policies, manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms for these processes to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS Audit Program, including relevant processes, strategies, and schedules
  • Drive awareness and proficiency of established procedures through communications and training development
  • Coordinate working groups to develop best practices, standard operating procedures, and drive continuous improvement activities
  • Responsible for the preparation of metrics and reports on QMS performance, key performance indicators, and improvement initiatives to QMS Manager
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of digital tools vital to operate and measure the performance of the QMS
  • May require up to 25% of domestic and international travel
  • Other duties as assigned
