Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in collections or a target-driven call centre environment
  • Experience doing collections for a financial institution (i.e. bank, credit card company etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in English and in French, written and oral (our customers are bilingual)
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions.
  • Perform Outbound Calls to collect on overdue Capital advance accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers.
  • Support operations by managing customer overdue accounts and collection activities by identifying the accounts delinquent/ Default/Write-off….etc.
  • Manage accounts receivables by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans
  • Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills
  • Professionally negotiate with consumers and explore money sources to determine the best possible arrangement.
  • Issue dunning letters.
  • Refer to a collection agency. Once all other in-house collection techniques have been attempted.
