Responsibilities
  • Oversee development and execution of the overall go-to-market strategy and commercial marketing efforts for Illumina’s NGS portfolio
  • Work with regional marketing, product management, and sales organization to ensure alignment of strategy, messaging, and tactics
  • Provide guidance and direction to the team on strategies and investment for business growth
  • Partner with internal and external agency teams to develop marketing content
  • Develop sales enablement tools and assist sales teams with product messaging and positioning
  • Collaborate with upstream marketing and product management on VOC, product design inputs, and launch strategy
  • Establish relationships with key customers, thought leaders, and industry influencers
  • Understand key business drivers based on data and analytics
  • Build a high-performing team and mentor existing employees for professional development
  • Location: San Diego HQ or Foster City office
