  • Collaborate closely with other designers, researchers, scientists, engineers, and product managers to determine the best way to communicate psychotherapeutic content.
  • Apply instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create engaging learning activities and compelling content that supports patient understanding and learning and drives behavior change.
  • Conceptualize, create, and deliver content across a variety of mediums including screen copy, text messages, push notifications, and therapeutic lessons in text, audio, and video format.
  • Participate in research to understand patient needs, identify opportunities and validate both low and high-fidelity content prototypes.
  • Define content tone and voice that will resonate with patients.
  • Act as a patient advocate on cross-functional teams, ensuring that we create exceptional experiences that deliver on our promise to “place patients and their loved ones at the center of what you do.
  • Manage content review across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with clinical science requirements and adherence to regulatory, quality, and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with and mentor other designers by sharing your work and providing feedback.
  • Manage the work of external agencies and freelancers, as required.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and the approaches to educational, medical, and health content delivery.
