  • Undergraduate degree in or working toward a degree in digital media, advertising, integrated marketing, or other related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, process-oriented, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work well with team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep interest in storytelling and our strategy to educate, inform, and inspire brands
  • Passion for Nextdoor’s product, purpose, and mission
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop potential case studies, brand spotlights and blinded studies, including gathering campaign details and results and baseline draft writing
  • Aid in the build process of our content within our CMS and publishing platforms by drafting and publishing Enterprise business blog content and keeping CREATE’s content calendar up-to-date
  • Update Sales Marketing collateral, including but not limited to: toolkits, templates, recap slides
  • Pull audience insights from ComScore and GWI and organize data into spreadsheets to update existing collateral
  • Provide project management support on various branded content projects
  • Assist creative teams to prepare creative assets for final delivery, including mocking up Sponsored Post creative
  • Participate in brainstorms and status meetings
  • Assist the CREATE team with special projects (website and social media maintenance, creative asset organization, Airtable tracking, launch tracking, and more)
  • Collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams to support project requirements
  • Participate in in-person Nextdoor events, trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and other team building exercises
  • Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to the KIND culture that Nextdoor values
