Requirements
  • Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and HVACR equipment, including rooftop units and chillers.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with the company's safety standards.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment.
  • Ability to perform repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders.
  • Ability to work safely around electrical, steam, and high-heat units using required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
  • Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding repairs and status updates.
  • Communicate part orders with the branch.
  • Document tasks, including parts, work orders, and timesheets, accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work extensively at daily job-site locations and in high- and low-temperature environments.

  • Plumbing background.
  • Contractor, journeyman, or HVAC certification.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
