Responsibilities
  • Meet with business leaders, decision-makers, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals
  • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements
  • Lead HRIS system related projects, enhancements, and process redesign
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that the project roadmap continuously reflects business priorities as projects and business needs change
  • Manage HRIS HCM system configuration and security, as well as integration with other systems
  • Facilitates configuration evaluation and works to ensure consistency, efficient use of each module, and innovative use of technology
  • Respond proactively to user questions/issues and implement new processes or improve existing ones. This includes interacting with cross-functional business units to define requirements and understand both system's upstream and downstream changes
  • Manage HRIS platform with supporting data integrations and system authentication, ensuring system stability, security compliance, and expeditious resolution for high-impact issues
  • Lead design and process development to support the HR team globally
  • Gathers system requirements for complex enhancements
  • Documents system processes
  • Maintain strong relationships based on trust and transparency with primary business stakeholders
  • Minimum of 8 year of IT industry experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Process Design, Testing, Implementation and Documentation
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience on any HRIS platform such as Workday and SuccessFactor, and must have hands-on experience
  • Strong understanding and experience of HCM core business processes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast changing environment with an ability to adapt as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Ability to manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic and cross-functional teamwork environment
  • Track record of leading and driving complex HRIS projects
  • Excellent leadership and project delivery skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player
  • Keen attention to details
  • 4-year degree BS/BA in a technical, business or other analytical field required
