Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is required.
  • Experience with industry software such as YARDI or OneSite is required.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner is required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Complete daily financial-operation transactions and tasks for the community, including collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits, and preparing financial reports.
  • Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
  • Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents about outstanding balances, and implement procedures for collecting delinquencies.
  • Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
  • Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure residents' requests are completed.
  • Promote the community's unique features and benefits and communicate what differentiates it from competitors.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and assisting with resolution.
  • Act as the onsite supervisor when the Property Manager is absent.
Desired Qualifications
  • A college degree is a plus.
  • Lease-up experience is a plus.
