  • Maintain CRM records for prospect and client interactions
  • Leverage industry-specific knowledge to tailor sales approaches for Innovation Funding opportunities
  • Attend industry events to generate leads
  • Respond to requests for proposals related to Innovation Funding services
  • Understand the Firm’s Innovation Funding offerings to communicate effectively with prospects
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and align them with sales opportunities
  • Produce necessary documentation for deal closing, such as presentations and contracts
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, offering mentorship and support to achieve individual and team goals
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations to promote growth and improvement
