- Currently in 3rd or 4th year of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree, in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
- Interest or experience in project coordination and business analysis.
- Power BI knowledge and strong interest in data visualization.

- Support the operationalization of return processes and quality solutions by analyzing reports, dashboards, and datasets.
- Analyze data to provide solutions for backlog management to stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for additional system improvements.
- Participate in the resolution of incidents by proposing actionable solution plans.
- Provide ongoing visibility to stakeholders through data insights and reporting.
- The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
