Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or process management is required; electronics industry experience is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading process design and implementation, ideally in a global context, is required.
  • Strong experience with enterprise resource planning systems, particularly SAP, is required.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning implementation is highly preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and manufacturing cultures is preferred.
  • Strong process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio, is required.
  • Experience with process modeling tools such as ARIS and Signavio and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP is required.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills are required.
  • The ability to present to senior leadership and cross-functional teams is required.
  • The ability to manage complex global projects involving multiple stakeholders is required.
  • The ability to influence without direct authority across different levels and cultures is required.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a matrixed environment are required.

Responsibilities
  • Define, document, and own the global standard for the assigned end-to-end process.
  • Align with regional and site-level teams to ensure consistent process execution and compliance.
  • Drive global process harmonization initiatives while accommodating justified local and regulatory exceptions.
  • Act as the business lead for enterprise resource planning design, testing, and rollout of SAP process functionality.
  • Facilitate global process councils or communities of practice to encourage cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor process performance using global key performance indicators and initiate continuous improvement projects.
  • Lead or support change management efforts, including communication, stakeholder alignment, and user training.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external audits relating to the assigned process.
  • Partner with information technology and transformation teams to ensure system alignment with process goals.
  • Benchmark and incorporate best practices from industry leaders and internal sites.
  • Provide functional leadership and direction to regional and site-level process owners without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups and process councils to drive global alignment.
  • Provide input into performance assessments for regional and site-level process leads during major initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma certification at the Green Belt or Black Belt level.
  • Experience with industry-standard process frameworks such as SCOR and APQC.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
  • Experience with digital transformation and smart manufacturing initiatives.
  • Previous involvement in large-scale enterprise resource planning rollouts or business transformation programs.
  • Experience with an enterprise resource planning transition, especially from MAPICS to SAP.
  • Experience in the electronics industry.

Mini-Circuits Launches Wideband Digital Step Attenuator from 0.1 to 24 GHz

Mini-Circuits launches wideband digital step attenuator from 0.1 to 24 GHz. Mini-Circuits has introduced the ZX76-24G-30-S+, a 50 ohm coaxial solid-state digital step attenuator designed for wideband RF applications spanning 0.1 to 24 GHz. Engineered for precision and flexibility, the attenuator offers programmable attenuation from 0 to 31.5 dB in 0.5 dB steps, providing fine control over signal levels across a wide frequency range. The ZX76-24G-30-S+ features a 6-bit parallel control interface that requires no external clock and supports dual (+3.3 V / -3.0 V) or single-supply operation (+3.3 V to +5.4 V). Built for durability in demanding environments, it delivers high input IP3 performance of +50 dBm, good return loss (typical 15 dB), and glitch-free attenuation transitions, making it well-suited for test instrumentation, communication infrastructure, and defense applications such as radar, EW, ECM, and SATCOM systems. The device's robust design also ensures immunity to latch-up and stable operation from 0°C to +50°C, while supporting input power levels up to +22 dBm. It operates with an insertion loss as low as 3 dB (typically) up to 13 GHz and 4.5 dB (typically) up to 24 GHz. To simplify integration, Mini-Circuits includes a CBL-5FT-MPD+ pigtail control cable, featuring stripped wire ends and a pre-mounted connector for easy interface with the attenuator's 10-pin digital control port. Compact and rugged, the ZX76-24G-30-S+ combines precision, programmability, and wide frequency coverage, enabling engineers to achieve reliable signal conditioning in both laboratory and field setups.
