Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience supporting a line of business.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with a general ledger and query systems; Oracle Financials and SmartView are preferred.
  • Experience with financial statements and chart of accounts.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver consolidated reports, presentations, and communications to management to elicit critical decision support.
  • Create financial models, driver-based sensitivities, and analyses to guide investment rationale and alternative scenarios.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and planning outlooks, highlighting material variances, risks, opportunities, and ranges of outcomes.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and the strategic planning process.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis with value-added commentary to business partners.
  • Build partnerships with management, business partners, and regional finance teams and communicate financial results to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant revenue drivers, sources of growth, and business trends.
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis to enable strategic decision-making.
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages efficiency, professionalism, and collaboration.
