Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal documentation, SOPs, MOPs, and knowledge articles related to network support services
  • Collaborate with network engineers, service owners, and operational leads to capture and document best practices, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Organize and publish documentation using tools such as Confluence, Git, Markdown, or internal wiki platforms
  • Proactively lead knowledge management efforts, identifying documentation gaps and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Work independently to gather technical input and transform it into user-friendly, standardized content
  • Support the creation of onboarding materials and playbooks for new team members
  • Contribute to maintaining documentation standards, taxonomy, and style guides across all content
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to network operations, IT infrastructure, or related technical environments
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Gmail)
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams or in an international setting
  • Basic understanding of scripting or coding (Python, Bash, HTML, etc.) is a plus
  • Passion for knowledge sharing and documentation excellence
