Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Google Campaigns: Support the current team with day to day account management and optimisation, as well as testing and executing new strategies. Over time, develop the skills to be able to manage specific campaigns
  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance and optimising spend
  • Ongoing data analysis to identify insights that will improve performance
  • Writing engaging, commercial ad copy in Plum's tone of voice
  • Building and launching campaigns for new destinations
  • Running a program of always-on testing and iteration: A/B testing landing pages, copy, audience segmentations and so on
  • Working to discover new campaign/keyword/audience opportunities and turn them into profitable revenue drivers
  • Managing and improving our dashboards and reporting
  • Bing Campaigns: Take your learnings from Google to launch PPC campaigns on Bing. Understand what is working and find opportunities for growth on Bing that we cannot do on Google. Turn Bing into a profitable acquisition channel
  • Retargeting: Work with the team on Meta and Google to understand which retargeting campaigns work best and propose new ideas as you understand how this channel works
  • Data Analysis: With the support of the data team, analyse data and find opportunities for driving growth and improving efficiency. Find macro themes but also be willing to go into the details to find small nuances that may point out something interesting
