Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce in complex environments.
  • At least 3 years of recent professional services experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms and ability to incorporate AI capabilities into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly preferred.
  • Agent Force or other AI Certifications is a big plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and solution blueprints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies with external systems and platforms.
  • Guide development teams on coding standards, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
  • Support pre-sales activities including technical assessments, solutioning, and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance solution design, development efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
