Requirements
  • If you will have graduated from an accredited program with a professional degree at the time of this internship, please search our careers page for Design Professional postings in your preferred city
  • Currently a graduate student working to obtain a professional degree from an accredited Architecture program
  • Entry level student Intern on the path to Architectural Registration with a high degree of interest in Computational Design track
  • Working knowledgeable of Revit, Rhino3D, Grasshopper, foundational level of scripting in C# or Python
  • Interoperability experience between Rhino3D - Revit desired, but not compulsory
  • Little or no previous professional experience is required
Responsibilities
  • With close supervision, summer interns will work with computational design leads to develop and modify parametric models, algorithmic workflows, and automated methods to streamline design iteration and documentation for complex building systems. These tasks may include presentation and formatting of concepts with emphasis on visualization and design communication. Detailed instructions regarding tasks and expected results will be supported by an experienced LINE supervisor
  • Performs architectural assignments as needed; some overtime may be required
