Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial heat tracing systems and services. (Sales experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and people skills to adapt your style and approach to different audiences and cultures.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in industrial heat tracing applications, products, and solutions, that you can explain clearly and convincingly to customers and prospects.
  • A passion for teaching and learning, and design and deliver engaging and effective training programs and materials.
  • The ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for our sales and sales support employees, Channel partners, contractors, EPC firms and end users, covering topics such as applications, product features, benefits, market trends and opportunities, sales strategies and techniques, new opportunity areas, project, and customer services. Program and materials may include developing and delivering live and online training modules, videos, podcasts, webinars, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Manage and execute the internal Tiger eXpert program to develop new project experts in the business. This program includes a forum, training, and working with subject matter experts on continual content refinement.
  • Function as a subject matter expert and a technical consultant for our sales employees, Channel partners, contractors, EPC firms and end users, providing them with guidance and support on complex or challenging sales scenarios, as well as feedback and coaching on their performance.
  • Work closely with our product development, marketing, and engineering teams to stay updated on our latest products and solutions and provide them with input and suggestions from the sales perspective.
  • Travel to various locations, both domestically and internationally, to conduct on-site or online training sessions, attend events, and visit customers and prospects.
