  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2-3 years of CRE origination, underwriting or capital markets experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate credit principles

Responsibilities
  • Diligence and underwrite CRE opportunities across all asset types through evaluation of underlying financial statements, rent rolls, third party reports, etc.
  • Prepare credit memos and other documentation for presentation to internal committees
  • Coordinate with internal and external legal on documentation of facility and loan onboardings
  • Assist in on-going asset management, including monitoring of sponsor and asset performance, of the CRE portfolio
  • Support CRE client coverage and sourcing
