Requirements
  • Must have 1+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
  • Experience with trafficking, hands-on-keyboard campaign set up, activation, optimization, billing, reporting, and analytics; experience Retail Media Networks such as Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, ect.
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
  • Understanding of commerce-focused KPIs, such as ROAS
  • Build relationships with sales reps to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan
  • Sound understanding of the commerce media landscape, retailer media ecosystems, and go to market strategies
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver and strategic thinker that constantly challenges clients and teams to improve
  • Curiosity and an eagerness to roll-up the sleeves to find the answers, learn, apply, and learn again.

Responsibilities
  • The Senior Analyst will be the day-to-day steward of search and Commerce media for assigned brands.
  • They are responsible for monitoring and maintaining search/Commerce campaign development, activation, and innovation.
  • The Senior Analyst is required to develop and maintain strong knowledge of client businesses and apply their media understanding accordingly to help deliver against client needs/objectives.
  • They will work closely with their manager in the development and communication of all search/Commerce recommendations.
  • Seek to answer business questions and inform decisions by diving deep into data to surface insights and make recommendations to optimize and improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in all aspects of search, reporting, and optimizations - comfortable with hearing client needs and building search campaigns from scratch.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns through tactical execution and account maintenance.
  • Own operational mechanisms related to campaign management; builds, tracking maintenance, quality assurance, keyword/query research, asset development, performance analysis, and more.
