Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 9 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Responsibilities
  • Oversees system configurations for billing, products, providers, and claims.
  • Oversees the relationships between systems support, business units, IT, vendors and other areas to ensure work deliverables are evaluated from end to end.
  • Oversees the prioritization and quality programs.
  • Oversees business analysis area to ensure business needs are clearly identified, documented, tested and delivered within scope.
  • Oversees the delivery of projects and ensures development and compliance of project management methodologies.
  • Or oversees the delivery of system and soft-skill training and documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and negotiation skills, with advanced strategic planning and organizational skills strongly preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Agile experience required for fostering adaptive and collaborative team environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW) preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of testing processes and requirements is necessary preferred.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with IT and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement preferred.
  • FEP knowledge preferred.
