Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs. 
• Administers collaboration tools, including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, etc. Provisions sites and accounts, and oversees management of the provisioning process, using any tools provided to facilitate the process. Continually develops the processes and policies for provisioning. 
• Support business groups in utilizing M365 Tools to optimize productivity. 
• Design, Configure, and Administer Data Collection and Reporting Solutions – SharePoint MS 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint Online, Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI). 
• MS 365 Tools configuration 
• Supports administrating, developing, and designing customer-facing, service-oriented SharePoint environment for a large IT organization. 
• Serve as a product, company, and industry ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of M365, governance, permissioning, and content management.

Skills Required

• Solid understanding of business operations and relevant IT skills of day-to-day business operations. 
• Ability to create technical documentation for the purposes of training a non-technical audience. 
• Expertise in industry-available media and education delivery processes (e.g., computer-based training, web-based training, etc.) and modern educational techniques. 
• Knowledge of designing technical course material. 
• Familiarity with corporate computer security principles. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote. It is also important that they are familiar with other common office tools such as Visio, Publisher, Adobe Professional, Zoom, SnagIt & Camtasia. 
• Customer-centric, flexible with the ability to meet customer needs, and able to work effectively with many levels of personnel. 
• Ability to build rapport, influence others with ease, and establish and manage relationships with all levels of employees. 
• Must be an outstanding communicator, able to listen for verbal and non-verbal cues, with exceptional writing and verbal skills, as well as able to present technical and non-technical information clearly and precisely to diverse groups of people. 
• Plan and prioritize activities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced environment. 
• Effectively plan program activities and follow through with a schedule to produce quality work within the stipulated timeframe. 
• Understand and effectively implement modern document organization strategies, meta-data, and tagging as required. 

Essentials

• Education: Bachelors Degree
• Experience: 4+ years
• Citizenship Requirement: US Citizen
• Clearance Required: Active Top-Secret Clearance
• Location: Work is primarily on-site in Alexandria, VA with occasional remote flexibility
