SMX is looking for a Program Support Integrator to support our elite team in the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Project office. This is a hybrid role based at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. 

Additional responsibilities of the Program Support Integrator include:

• Integration of separate logistic functions to include:
  • facilities and infrastructure, IT systems continuous support, maintenance planning and management, manpower and personnel, PHS&T, supply support, support equipment, sustaining engineering, technical data management and training in execution of the FLRAA product support strategy. 
• Identify the appropriate internal coordination requirements to support the execution of the Product Managers (PdM) priorities
• Develop and manage execution status tracking tools to ensure schedule and performance is attained
• Support the Product Support Lead (PSL) in the development and conduct of briefings to leadership and external stakeholders
• Be an active participant in regular IPTs, Working Groups, and program reviews with the vendor

Required Skills and Experience:

• Clearance Required: Secret
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience in DoDI Acquisition Management
  • High school diploma and 11 years of experience acceptable in lieu of degree
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of DoDI 5000 series of Acquisition Instructions
• Strong collaboration skills
• Must be able to telework effectively within the Redstone Arsenal area

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+years experience in Army Aviation Acquisition Program Office
• Expert experience in US Army staffing process and procedures
• Extensive experience in Army Aviation Field Maintenance
