- Must have at least 5 years of ADMIN experience on Flexera FNMS for software asset management.
- Must have knowledge on software license management and optimization.
- Must have experience of FNMP installation/upgrades/fix packs and should have led/executed system upgrades on FNMS.
- Should have knowledge and hands on experience on Windows/Unix/Linux environment.
- Ownership and execution of incident management and system maintenance, assisted by offshore team.
- Must have worked with Infrastructure, Workplace technology teams with hands on experience on building/maintaining interfaces to pull / push raw license consumption information.
- Proactive communication with the internal team and external end user community.
- Driving continuous support and process improvements.
- Comfortable working within SQL Management Studio and Internet Information Services.
- Work with other tech teams as needed to decommission servers, update scripts so continue to get the right info back from the servers.
- Work with Procurement teams, Publisher reps, VARs and license managers.
