The provisioning system is responsible for providing the multi-tenancy model for the entire UiPath platform. • Lead the design and development of critical components within the cloud platform to drive end-to-end business outcomes and enhance our platform’s capabilities by collaborating across teams and services.
• Generate innovative ideas for new platform capabilities that infuse best practices into every UiPath service.
• Ensure the high availability of UiPath online services, actively participating in livesite monitoring rotations, addressing escalations, and implementing effective mitigations. You will be dedicated to minimizing live site impact and conducting comprehensive post-mortems for
  continuous improvement.
• Uphold the highest standards of reliability, scalability, quality, and performance in our technical deliverables, and proactively driving architectural changes that significantly enhance these aspects.
• Contribe to task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing to ensure effective project management.
• Actively participate in and influencing process improvements, promoting best practices, and playing a role in the development of new processes across the entire engineering organization.

• Proven track record (3+ years’ experience) of architecting and engineering world-class, large scale, distributed commercial applications and services, and ensuring customer success.
• Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages (such as C#/C++/Java) backed by solid computer science fundamentals
• Familiar with modern engineering practices, including agile development, CI/CD and devops.
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
• Experience with developing microservice-based HTTP applications and servers
• Good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous, cloud programming.
• Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services development.
• Experience working with or managing production Kubernetes infrastructure is a plus
• Experience working with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc. and cloud services such as AKS, GKE, etc. is a plus
• Experience in using database backends (e.g. Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Azure Datalake, PowerBI, MangoDB, MSQL, or DynamoDB, etc.)
• Experience working with tenant provisioning, identity systems (Okta, AAD, Windows AD), authorization system will be great plus !

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $131,250 and $196,875. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
