Unlike many competitors, Kojo integrates seamlessly with other construction management tools like Procore, enhancing its usability for clients. The company operates on a subscription-based model, where contractors pay a recurring fee to access its features, ensuring consistent revenue while delivering value through improved operational efficiency.
