Requirements
  • Bachelors with 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 1+ year in data science engineering or related field preferred.
  • Expertise in data mining, ML codebases, ML task development or automation, modeling, forecasting using statistics, analyzing trends and patterns, GUI design and deployment.
  • Familiarity with platform memory subsystem, platform RAS (Reliability Availability Serviceability).
  • Linux Kernel Commit Experience (Good to Have). Familiarity with data center operating system and platform concepts (x86, ARM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze failure trends and patterns on memory fleet telemetry using statistical analysis, develop alerts and triggers to detect anomalies.
  • Consolidate codebases, database management, scripting, modeling and optimization, GUI design and deployment.
  • Develop/Propose platform fault management modules for memory subsystems.
  • Develop/Propose platform RAS (Reliability Availability Serviceability) algorithms for memory fault management.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends in the hardware fault management space. Read technical papers, blogs, conference talks as well as publish whitepapers in conferences.
  • Work in alignment with internal stakeholders and customer expectations. Good at communicating and presenting technical projects in open forums.
