Surgical Dental Assistant

Overview

University Periodontal Associates is seeking an experienced and professional Surgical Dental Assistant to join our dental team!  The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of surgical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional patient service in a fast-paced clinical environment. Bilingual skills are preferred, and experience in a surgical dental office is highly desirable.

Compensation: $21-24 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Thursday

Qualifications/Responsibilities

• RDA license is required
• Dentrix and Dexis software knowledge is required
• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and providers
• Have knowledge of periodontal procedures
