Assist in the coordination, setup, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns
Maintain communication with vendors, venues, and internal departments
Prepare event materials and manage logistics such as catering, transportation, and equipment
Ensure event timelines and budgets are followed
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, guest assistance, and teardown
Track attendance, gather feedback, and compile post-event reports
Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional items
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed
