- Minimum of 10 years of experience executing software development activities.
- Demonstrated expertise with Amazon Web Services infrastructure security and access controls.
- Demonstrated expertise adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs and technology design.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals and teach navigation of GitHub, Linux-based operating systems, and Amazon Web Services and services such as S3 and EC2.
- Demonstrated understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or computer engineering.
- Must have a poly clearance to apply.
- Support the full lifecycle development of innovative and interactive web, video, and multimedia training products, including analysis, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Conduct product research, programming and authoring, interface design, testing, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain web-based training, SharePoint sites, websites, multimedia applications, video productions, graphic design products, and print products.
- Configure, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Application Auditing Tool, Enterprise Application MFA Solution using OAuth, and role-based access control.
- Develop and support automation and orchestration processes for identity and access management services.
- Apply identity and access management governance frameworks, platforms, role-based access control, group policy management, and privileged access management tools.
- Demonstrated migration experience from on-premises services to the Amazon Web Services platform using migration tools.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining Java and PHP applications on Windows.
- Demonstrated experience with Maven or Gradle.
- Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services Secrets Manager.
- Three years of experience contributing to software development activities and/or projects within the intelligence community.
